Generally 20-30 second exposures. Camera on a tripod, start the exposure and sweep the light over the car. Some of these have anywhere from 4-13 different photos. Then take them into Photoshop, layer all of the photos over the “base” image (generally a longer exposure to get the background, no flashlights used) in “lighten” mode and mask out anything you don’t like until you get something you’re happy with.
